JEFFREY KARP
Jeffrey Karp has been a prominent figure in New York City real estate since 2007. With a wide area of expertise, Jeffrey focuses on investment sales, tenant rep commercial leasing and capital markets.
At LPG, Jeffrey's work spans all asset classes, including development sites, multifamily, office, hospitality and industrial assets. He specializes in fee-simple sales, joint ventures, leaseholds and recapitalizations.
Jeffrey began his career at CBRE, as part of Darcy Stacom's Investment Property Institutional Group, where he was directly involved in the sale of some of NYC's most high profile buildings.
After CBRE, Jeffrey worked at Newmark where he represented a diverse range of clients, including hedge funds, media companies, DTC brands, law firms, and crypto companies in securing their corporate locations as well as negotiating lease renewals and restructurings.
Jeffrey holds an undergraduate degree from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU. He resides in Union Square with his wife.

Scott Dweck, a Brooklyn native, is an accomplished business professional and real estate expert with a distinguished career that spans decades. He works across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, office, hospitality, and industrial properties, and is highly skilled in navigating complex deal structures such as joint ventures, ground leases, sale-leasebacks, and forward sales.
Scott’s upbeat personality, old-world work ethic, and sharp negotiation skills have made him a trusted and invaluable advisor to his clients. His clientele includes some of New York City’s most active and respected owners, developers, and investors.
